**What do you like best about luminjo?**

Its a decent ticket management software. One plus is you can attach the files in tickets so that their is complete understanding of the issue

**What do you dislike about luminjo?**

Pricing is high compared to others in the market

**What problems is luminjo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticket closure time is faster since there is transparency. I have used this product in the past and at that time it was really good.

**What do you like best about luminjo?**

Most helpful I'd say is the easy access. The dashboard provided is very helpful in managing the customer demands and handling issues. It also provides language opstions.

**What do you dislike about luminjo?**

The notifications do not work properly like the alerts and alarms . Also, the time zone management is a bit complicated.

**What problems is luminjo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is amazing in deploying the software as per the specialist. It is useful in every field that are related to customer service and satisfaction. It provides history of customer which really helps in tracking back the need of the same.

**What do you like best about luminjo?**

I like the most about this software is that it distribute the conversation according to agent specialization.

**What do you dislike about luminjo?**

This software doesn't auto reply to customers in there local language like someone knows Russian but not English

**What problems is luminjo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's read customer query and transfers those to there specialist in that case customer would not face difficulty in reaching the specialist of there query directly as well as no need to assign conversation software does automatically

**What do you like best about luminjo?**

We have been using calling software till now and were looking for a Ticket management tool. In Luminjo, there are many decent features like records of closed/canceled tickets.
Secondly, Customers can attach the files in tickets for the agent's understanding of the issue. 
Moreover, other agents can be in Sync with others. They can see the availability of others. The ticket assignee feature is also helpful; the agent will be accountable for that particular ticket.

**What do you dislike about luminjo?**

In my view, Pricing is relatively high. There are other vendors as well, luminjo should offer more cost-effective plans.
Secondly, there is no provision to send messages to another agent through luminjo Tool. Should be included.
Moreover, there must be one separate admin portal for Managers to do governance of agents. It is missing.

**What problems is luminjo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this SaaS application, we can see the historical records and analyze the trend. Also, the overhead of calling customers is reduced. The agents can show their productivity by Ticket closure count.
