Having used the software for ticket management, this reviewer finds it decent due to the ability to attach files for better issue understanding. The pricing, though, is high compared to similar options in the market.

Most helpful I'd say is the easy access. The dashboard provided is very helpful in managing the customer demands and handling issues. It also provides language options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using calling software till now and were looking for a Ticket management tool. In Luminjo, there are many decent features like records of closed/canceled tickets. Secondly, Customers can attach the files in tickets for the agent's understanding of the issue. Moreover, other agents can be in Sync with others. They can see the availability of others. The ticket assignee feature is also helpful; the agent will be accountable for that particular ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my view, Pricing is relatively high. There are other vendors as well, luminjo should offer more cost-effective plans. Secondly, there is no provision to send messages to another agent through luminjo Tool. Should be included. Moreover, there must be one separate admin portal for Managers to do governance of agents.
