Since my last review, we have fully integrated the AI Shopping Assistant into our store. I am impressed by how seamless the integration process was – it was remarkably easy to set up and get running. While the technical features are top-notch, the UI/UX customization process could be more flexible. Currently, making design changes to the search interface still requires a manual request to the support team. The backend is incredibly user-friendly, allowing customers to find exactly what they need in no time. The experience is still consistently very good. I especially appreciate how reliable and fast the search is, even with a larger product catalog. The synonym functionality continues to be a big advantage for us and helps improve search relevance significantly. We have been working with Luigi’s Box for quite some time and have been consistently very satisfied with their solution. We use their autocomplete, query correction, and lost search analytics tools, all of which help us continuously improve customer experience and business performance. We especially appreciate the accuracy of the search results, the ease of implementation, and the clear data insights that allow us to quickly respond to user behavior. Recently, the company faced a security incident in which hackers managed to break into their accounts and subsequently attempted to obtain information from users. While it is concerning that such situations can happen nowadays, I highly value the speed, transparency, and professionalism with which Luigi’s Box handled the issue. The incident was resolved quickly and precisely, with no serious consequences, which further confirmed that they are a partner who takes security and responsibility towards their clients very seriously. We still remain very satisfied with the service at Luigis Box and the overall quality of the software they produce. Right now, there’s nothing significant that we think should be added. If anything, we would like more advanced analysis options in the future, obviously as our need for the product grows further. From a developer perspective, I feel like what I liked the most was the mostly smooth integration. The API documentation is clear and pretty well written, definitely better compared to some other search engines I had a chance to work with (Won't mention :D). Downsides? To be honest, nothing really strict comes to my mind. Luigis has a catalog browser for previewing results, but it feel a bit limited when it comes to deeper, rt validation of search behavior.
