It is comprehensive yet simple, with a helpful dashboard to keep track of progress and performance. Strategies are not cast in stone nor a paper to be written and filed but must be reviewed and adapted regularly, all of which Lucidity enables. **What do you dislike about Lucidity?** There is very little I dislike, as any time I have raised a query with Lucidity they have responded with speed and truly listened to reach an effective solution. **What problems is Lucidity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lucidity has helped provide a central base for developing strategic direction, monitoring tasks and breaking down goals into what is required to achieve the targets set. Tasks are allocated to individual team members so that each person can track and update progress, and the team can work much more unitedly. ### 2.
