kinda works,

they have incentivized reviews, so the reviews might be skewed due to getting feature in return for a review.

What do you like best about Louisebot?

With some basic configuration Louisebot chatbot is easy to install. The video capabilities seem promising, although I am yet to explore this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Louisebot?

Would love integration with social media platforms. Also it would be great to your own API key as required. Should have options to add widgets for users to pre-select, giving options to the owner to set the chatbot either conversational or with widgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
