## About LogiVeo
LogiVeo is a NetSuite-native 3PL operations platform that automates the billing, shipping, and client reporting workflows that warehouse teams typically manage in spreadsheets or disconnected tools. Because it runs entirely inside NetSuite, there is no middleware to maintain, no data syncing, and no double entry — your charges, orders, and invoices live in the same system as the rest of your business. Billing is at the core. LogiVeo calculates storage fees, handling charges, value-added service costs, and custom line items automatically, then generates invoices with full per-charge breakdowns. Rules are configurable per client, so you can support complex, tiered, or volume-based pricing without custom development. For shipping, LogiVeo's multi-carrier rate shopping covers both parcel and LTL freight, with real-time quotes from FedEx, UPS, and major freight carriers compared in a single step. Labels, BOLs, and pickup scheduling are generated automatically. The warehouse Ship App gives floor staff a clean scan-to-ship interface optimized for barcode scanners and touch screens — no NetSuite training required. Your 3PL clients get their own self-service dashboard with live visibility into inventory levels, order status, charges, invoices, and wallet balances — reducing inbound inquiries and giving clients the transparency they expect.

**What do you like best about LogiVeo?**

I like using LogiVeo for my customers who need shipping solutions within their NetSuite environments. It provides more functionality than the native shipping integration, particularly for LTL and freight, by allowing shipping on account with more than one field. LogiVeo's rate shopping feature is another perk, offering more options for my customer records. I also appreciate their team's responsiveness and support, as well as their ongoing expansion into more B2B e-commerce functionalities, which are really useful for NetSuite customers. Their integration with NetSuite and SuiteCommerce, providing estimated shipping on estimates, sales orders, and for B2B e-commerce on the front end, is integrated well, thanks to their implementation setup.

**What do you dislike about LogiVeo?**

It's a newer product in the NetSuite ecosystem so it is not as well known, but it should be known more to NetSuite customers.

**What problems is LogiVeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogiVeo expands shipping solutions within NetSuite, offering LTL and freight options lacking in native NetSuite tools. It enhances SuiteCommerce with features like rate shopping and multi-field ship on account capabilities plus it allows for Freight and LTL on SuiteCommerce checkout.
