Lockbox worked closely with our team to understand our processes and procedures, then created flows for our very unique and complex testing environment. Training our team has been straightforward, with most parts of the workflow mastered in a few training sessions, and if there are issues or we have questions, Janine and Sita are quick to reply and help us resolve the issue. An update (17-Feb-2026): we have gone through several system updates, including a full version update, and Lockbox continues to meet our needs. These updates have been relatively easy to implement around the existing workflows, with a minimum of stress. Over the years our partnership has become even more one of collaboration rather than a service as they have shared more knowledge of the inner workings of Lockbox, and I have really appreciated the opportunity to actively participate in improvement efforts. The team uses Lockbox every day to document what work has been or will be done, and what results need to be reported. This gives high visibility to the entire team as to what our current capacity is to start new projects, as well as monitoring throughput. Lockbox has become essential to routine operations, and continues to evolve as our workflows change.

I like its user-friendly interface. I find it very easy to learn and use. It's straightforward and not confusing, even for new users.
