Lockbox has proven to be a highly convenient tool for our team, enabling us to transition from physical data collection to an online interface. This shift has not only improved our data integrity but also made data analysis more efficient. Our use case for Lockbox is quite specialized, and the team at Third Wave Analytics (TWA) developed a custom system tailored to our requirements that was straightforward to implement. We have consistently found the TWA team to be both effective and responsive when it comes to customer support. Lockbox is now an essential tool that we use daily across several departments.
