Both the dashboard and app. The dashboard give a good overview of your operations, for all parties that need to use it (eg. admins, CS and carriers) Also very flexible, with many different ways to configurate the best solution for your daily operations. All contact with the Urbantz team is easy to manage and the are all very serviceminded and adaptable to making changes. **What do you dislike about URBANTZ?** Not so flexible roles - it should be possible to define different access for the users, specially since there are a lot of flexebility in the solution, it should be a feature for usere management. Slow ML regaring traffic in city centers and servicetime at customers. Should also be possible to define loading time of vehicle both before and during rounds. **What problems is URBANTZ solving and how is that benefiting you?** A better overview of our las mile deliveries with a felxible solution for all users. The solution is well described, so easy to integrate with our S/4 Hana system, incl. SAP TM and SAP EWM. Easy setup of Urbantz platform, can be done mainly by business users. Very lean projects with relatively low costs. **What do you dislike about URBANTZ?** Our large appliances need a lot of space in the trucks and the driving distances are long as well, therefore high pressure to utilize the trucks very well. The current optimization algorithm is not yet perfectly fitting for this, but we are getting there. **What problems is URBANTZ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aligning appointments with customers, planning the last mile and executing it. ### 3. Pickup & delivery cannot be combined as a single task.
