Not so flexible roles - it should be possible to define different access for the users, especially since there is a lot of flexibility in the solution, it should be a feature for user management. Without a doubt, the visibility and the interface of the tool for the management of the daily operations, it is very easy to monitor the operation through the dashboard to control in real time the fulfilment of the plans and to anticipate possible deviations. In our daily operation there are deliveries in the city centre but also in the suburbs, an average time of the whole flow in the delivery time distorts the optimisation of the system, so it is necessary to make adjustments manually to increase or decrease the number of expeditions needed on certain routes based on our experience or that of the delivery person.
