In our daily operation there are deliveries in the city centre but also in the suburbs, an average time of the whole flow in the delivery time distorts the optimisation of the system, so it is necessary to make adjustments manually to increase or decrease the number of expeditions needed on certain routes based on our experience or that of the delivery person.
