**What do you like best about Live Contract?**

The tool is user-friendly to implement as well as to use - for business as well as customers.
LiveContract provides a platform for us to share documents and consult with customers as well as sign documents digitally.

**What do you dislike about Live Contract?**

After working together for almost a year, we have not yet had any significant negative experience, neither with the software  itself nor the team at LiveContract

**Recommendations to others considering Live Contract:**

Discuss your requirements with their team to check out what is part of the standard solution and what can be customized. So far we have not come across a requirement that they were unable to implement

**What problems is Live Contract solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to obtain a digital signature from customers in a quick, secure and user-friendly manner. We are able to reduce paper documents by going digital.

**What do you like best about Live Contract?**

Digitalization is increasingly affecting the relationship between customers and companies. 
The customer's expectation of individual advice in real-time and digital services available at any time is also significantly changing our B2B work - we were able to fully implement these requirements with LiveContract.

**What do you dislike about Live Contract?**

We have no comments here Comments on LiveContract - everything worked well

**What problems is Live Contract solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted n B2B customer service work without a media break. The advantages of the digital possibilities can be found in the documents, the communication and the application - so that the customer journey is completely digital - except for the telephone, which we have not renounced.
