**What do you like best about Live Access?**

While MasterTour is not super intuitive or user friendly, it does offer a lot that other programs does not provide! It's an easy way to throw together a tour itinerary and share it with all members of your band and crew. We used to plan our tours and routing the old way (by hand) and make a master sheet as a PDF-- which took literal hours. 

**What do you dislike about Live Access?**

I wish it was a little bit easier t manage as a beginner, but I don't have any qualms with the program or it's services. Their team is incredibly helpful and available to answer questions and concerns!

**Recommendations to others considering Live Access:**

You 100% NEED this program if you're a tour manager!

**What problems is Live Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves us HOURS of time planning a tour, and puts all the information in one spot where everyone has easy access to and knows how to check.
