Because using analysis to review content of a contract was highly time taken process now that we have such useful apps it became a bit easier. **What do you dislike about Litera Kira?** In some of the secured format we are still curious whether it will work or not because sometimes we receive a document which can be a bit cosy to review any document without informing few parties. **What problems is Litera Kira solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its solving a criticsl issue of document analysis by using algorithms of machine learning. It now became very useful because of the faster work culture to save crucial time. ### 2. It is done automatically by Kira **What do you dislike about Litera Kira?** When compared to its rival cloud-based contract management software, Kira is a bit expensive. Further, Kira only extracts the information pre-saved in it and is not a good AI-based tool. **What problems is Litera Kira solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kira is reducing the time I used to spend on extracting each clause from various contracts by already extracting the clauses and helping me in just analyzing those extract clauses ### 3. Pros are its easy to use and its management features **What do you dislike about Litera Kira?** There are some functionalities that i would love it to have like regex and rules, renaming documents. I 'd prefer a quick study window that i coukd personalize more. **What problems is Litera Kira solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its used as due diligence tool for my client.
