Those features we wanted (order processing) are sound and just need care in setting up - this will yield significant efficiencies. Stock tracking in warehouses, 3PL and owned, is fine generally, but the Amazon FBA stock figures would be completely misleading and should not be used. **What do you dislike about Linnworks?** For an IT business, there appears to be scant regard for cyber security, certainly no MFA/2FA log-ins or acceptance that data like bank details should not be communicated through e-mails where it is wide open to fraudsters **What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Order processing from Market Places to 3PLs, and tracking data in reverse. Linnworks has a wide range of features from omni-channel both in sales and shipping integrations, good inventory management and covers every area of our 3PL business. There is not an order transaction that doesn't go through Linnworks. Reliability is excellent and the Client Success program has helped move us further forward in the transition from desktop to .net. **What do you dislike about Linnworks?** As with all systems, there are some features/functionality that could be improved. As a 3PL, our use is slightly different to that of a business operating the sales through to shipping for their own. Therefore we provide Linnworks with slightly different challenges to overcome! One area that we have had to develop is a client facing reporting system which successfully uses the Linnworks API to filter data appropriately. **What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're currently transitioning from desktop version to .net and this has brought some challenges to overcome partly from an internal process-change and also some technical development needed from Linnworks. There are also so many different integrations available on the platform so it easy for us to manage all channels and couriers in one place. **What do you dislike about Linnworks?** Sometimes we have queries and requests for reports or features that are not currently available - when contacting Linnworks about these there is almost always a way to custom develop or request your features to be integrated. **What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have significantly streamlined our order processing and inventory management since using Linnworks. Our customer service team have so much more time to connect with our customers as a lot of our order processing can now be done in a matter of button clicks.
