**What do you like best about Linktoany?**

Generally good, steady communication. Regular updates.

**What do you dislike about Linktoany?**

LINK incorrectly attributed all our historical e-commerce transaction data to one of the brick and mortar stores. By sheer dumb luck, the web tickets have a different format than the brick and mortar ones, so we can correct it with careful reporting. But the data is dirtier and less useful as a result.

LINK's developers are on a large time zone difference from our sites, and they routinely messed up the agreed upon times, continuing to input data during our live workday and messing up our live data. When we asked them about it, they told us (rather condescendingly) we were wrong about our own time zones.

**Recommendations to others considering Linktoany:**

Really, really review the sample data, and advocate for yourself as the client.

**What problems is Linktoany solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LINK migrated 7 years of historical data from our old on-prem POS to our new, cloud-based POS.
