Thankfully someone recommended Link My Books last year so I researched along with some comparable tools and found it to be the most cost-effective and purpose-built for my needs. I've managed to save a lot of time and the support team have been very friendly and always respond promptly. **What do you dislike about Link My Books?** I've only needed to contact support a few times when I've manually requested a payout from eBay before the scheduled one that hadn't synced into LMB, which was easily resolved by the support team. It would be great if there were a way to customise the naming convention used for the reference field. **What problems is Link My Books solving and how is that benefiting you?** Any given eBay payout can include sales from orders on hold, or various refunds for different fees/postage labels which reconciling manually can be very time-consuming. When I created my LMB account all the holding accounts were automatically created and settings chosen, so each payout takes less than a few minutes to reconcile. ### 2. The staff respond to queries very quickly and are very helpful and friendly, every one of them. **What do you dislike about Link My Books?** There is nothing to dislike. We've been using Link My Books for over two years, and it's been brilliant in every way. **What problems is Link My Books solving and how is that benefiting you?** Every eCommerce payment coming into us was tricky to deal with in terms of accountancy before we used Link My Books - but it's easy now, regardless of the currency or source. ### 3.
