With Localyzer, developers don't have to manually process user-facing string files. It's a no-touch approach to software localization that streamlines the management of everything that needs to be translated, from one sprint and release to the next. Localyzer handles the l10n and lets developers concentrate on new features. For us this was a daunting project because we had to start from scratch. It was the first time we had attempted to provide multilingual content at scale and we did not know where to begin. Lingoport has been an invaluable partner in breaking down, understanding, and executing this project. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They have been patient and flexible with our ever shifting landscape of projects, priorties, and timelines. Truely the best partner I have worked with. Clearly engaged and invested in our success. Lingoport's software, Localyzer, has worked flawlessly thus far. It has brought structure to our localization process, enabling us to quickly exchange content with our LSP. **What do you dislike about Lingoport Localyzer?** Data security if of highest priority to us. Shortly after installation we found a security issue with credentials being stored in plain text. Lingoport quickly resolved the issue, however. Also, product documentation is sometimes out of date. **What problems is Lingoport Localyzer solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to localize our public website to better serve our Spanish-speaking customer base.
