**What do you like best about LetzFair?**

I love the support from the team, which is very fast and effective. The new platform is very beautiful. I've noticed that with LetzFair, participants are more likely to download the app, which positively impacts my events by making them more useful for attendees and increasing networking effectiveness. I also found the initial setup easy because the support team helped us a lot.

**What do you dislike about LetzFair?**

I noticed a few bugs over the years, but nothing that can't be solved rapidly.

**What problems is LetzFair solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LetzFair to manage access and empower networking at my customer events. It simplifies the registration process and participant engagement.
