**What do you like best about Let's Buzzz?**

Lets Buzz has been a place where we can take company values and move them from the induction / a place in the frames on the wall to the day to day actions and behaviors of employees.

We can do things like recognize other employees, run quizzes, use the gallery and noticeboard, run employee of the month events etc. which drives culture and cohesiveness at our organization.

**What do you dislike about Let's Buzzz?**

Nothing at the moment, its serving the purpose at our organization.

**What problems is Let's Buzzz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps use drive motivation amongst the team on a daily basis - for small things like doing a great demo, helping someone in another team out, going the extra mile to work late on a weekend or during the week, a great client meeting.

**What do you like best about Let's Buzzz?**

It's like a social platform for employee engagement, with great insights on employee behavior. 

Rewarding as never been easy for us, it's just few clicks procedure and employees are rewarded and recogntized 

**What do you dislike about Let's Buzzz?**

We have been using it for 2 quarters now, there is nothing we dislike at the moment. I will keep you'll be posted after this quarter.
