**What do you like best about Legislate?**

I can see all my contract in one place, as well as a lot of aggregate metrics that help me keep track of what's going on.
I also like the chat function, where I can communicate with other parties in the contract.

**What do you dislike about Legislate?**

Sometimes it's hard to find previously used contacts and sometimes counterparties have issues accessing the contract.

**What problems is Legislate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating contracts with my users in a cost effective way and keeping track of who they are and when they will need to renew.

**What do you like best about Legislate?**

It is helpful to have a software where you can search through business contracts to find the one that suits your current need. It eases my mind to know I am using vetted contracts rather than creating one on my own that might be missing vital clauses or information.

**What do you dislike about Legislate?**

I think key term search could be a little more intuitive. I also appreciate how free form many of the contract selections are, but it could be nice to have suggested forms based on inputted need.

**What problems is Legislate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me with rental agreements. The biggest benefit has been the comfort that I use more encompassing and applicable contracts based on the assistance I receive from the software in contract creation.
