"Best Leave Management Tool for organization"

What do you like best about LeavePro?

Management of staff with their leaves is an essential and tedious task. Manually attendance and leave management are easy if the team is few, but for the organization where staff strength is more, there is a need for a system like this tool. This tool helps in the management of the attendance and leaves approval very systematic. The staff can raise the leave request, and the support of their management can accept it. It will notify the leave request through mail and SMS. Auto mode active leads to the movement of the hierarchy. Nice System. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeavePro?

The parameter needs to be set in the system's settings as per the system of Organization, but it does not support where hourly duties are there. The same would be managed by the day of the hour and added in the remarks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeavePro solving and how is that benefiting you?

For the management of attendance and leaves approval system, we need a system which notifies the approver for the team leave. The same can be approved or rejected by the management and again notifies the status of the same. The leave also be balanced with the overall quota provided. The specific report also developed for the leave balances as per the team, and department wise, and the same can shared as MIS with the HR department for their records.
