**What do you like best about LeadTrac?**

Simplicity of the interface.Less time required on training

**What do you dislike about LeadTrac?**

Lack of option at user end to customise.

Lead management along withtracking  multiple payments of the lead

**What do you like best about LeadTrac?**

I like that everything is in the system. We have CRM, quoting system, billing, tasks and events. Everything is right there. 

**What do you dislike about LeadTrac?**

I would like it if LeadTrac had a mobile app or at least adapted better to mobile. The interface is a little archaic however functional. 

**What problems is LeadTrac solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most beneficial aspect is inputting data files and having the system work up a quote. The disposition buttons really help with tracking the sales cycle.

**What do you like best about LeadTrac?**

I like the automation. Leadtrac is a powerful program with a lot of automation. You are able to move clients through a workflow and have the system automatically reach out to the clients when necessary eliminating  a lot of followup. 

**What do you dislike about LeadTrac?**

Everything has an extra cost. You cannot create custom reports without requesting from support and that cost $125.00 per hour. Leadtrac also does not allow the user to create custom fields or field mapping like in many other CRMs, so if you want to add a new field for a client file r application you need to pay support to do so causing more charges. They almost make the client dependent or stagnant. 

**Recommendations to others considering LeadTrac:**

Give the user more control. Change the way every piece has a price tag. This would allow more companies to stay with the CRM even in hard times.

**What problems is LeadTrac solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation, and constant contact with clients.

It's a great tool to manage clients, electronic documents, and reporting, and it's accessible online.

**What do you dislike about LeadTrac?**

The more complex reports require coding. also there is no way to filter logs

**What problems is LeadTrac solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep everything organized. It helps with cross-departmental communication and task assignment.
