I like the automation. Leadtrac is a powerful program with a lot of automation. You are able to move clients through a workflow and have the system automatically reach out to the clients when necessary eliminating a lot of followup.
What do you dislike?
Everything has an extra cost. You cannot create custom reports without requesting from support and that cost $125.00 per hour. Leadtrac also does not allow the user to create custom fields or field mapping like in many other CRMs, so if you want to add a new field for a client file r application you need to pay support to do so causing more charges. They almost make the client dependent or stagnant.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Give the user more control. Change the way every piece has a price tag. This would allow more companies to stay with the CRM even in hard times.
