Completely ideal CRM system **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Luisa D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2020 **What do you like best about Leadscampus?** It is a fundamental marketing tool at work, the visualization and control of clients is incredible in addition to having a system to empower clients in an easy and uncomplicated way, it has a lead verifier and has many more interesting tools in its structure. **What do you dislike about Leadscampus?** The support management is terrible, we are not satisfied with the support of this service, it is almost as if it did not exist, it responds to the messages every certain number of days, and you can not do anything but work with bugs until they want to respond. **Recommendations to others considering Leadscampus:** It is of a very accessible price, it helped to improve the company, its acquisition of potential clients is wonderful, without a doubt I would recommend this system wherever you go, look no further. **What problems is Leadscampus solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most precious tool in this system is CRM, with it I managed to create many website designs, and this helped me to advance in my professional and personal life to achieve my goals, its search system directed to clients is great. ### 2. Everything has been a total letdown. **What do you dislike about Leadscampus?** For starters, their sales team will lie to you claiming that they will deliver a service but then they don't. The promise you a million leads but only have 135,149 leads of questionable quality. They use a registered agent service and another fraudulent address for a non-existent building in Chicago. Customer service doesn't exist. They're crooked. I have asked them for a refund and have yet to receive a response. I doubt I will as they have ignored my emails and other messages. **Recommendations to others considering Leadscampus:** Avoid at any cost. The sales team will lie to you and the support is non-existent. **What problems is Leadscampus solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only benefit I have had was getting to learn how to do a chargeback with my bank. ### 3. Further, this database comes with a wide variety of search selections that let you zero in on the type of lead you are looking for. **What do you dislike about Leadscampus?** ok. I also love their direct leads requests feature. **What do you dislike about Leadscampus?** I could not find anything yet to dislike any feature. **Recommendations to others considering Leadscampus:** 100% recommended! **What problems is Leadscampus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leadscampus has become an integral part for my business, I feel like I don't know how I survived in the past without it. The data is of great quality making it possible for me to target the exact type of businesses I want. I have an account manager who has been fabulous, she has promptly answered all my questions, the service she has given me since I started using Leadscampus has been over and above what I expected. Not only their CRM its useful, even they responded to my direct leads request on daily basis and provided me 100% accurate emails and contact numbers with not a single email bounce! I would really love to work with them for a long term! I recommend Leadscampus to anyone who is looking for accurate consumer leads, new business leads, business and consumer emails and most important social media leads!
