The simplicity makes it very user friendly.

I wish it had more advanced features when it comes to email drip campaigns.

It solves and manages my clients with appropriate updates and notifications.

**What do you like best about LeadMailbox?**

The only reason we have this is to manage our LendingTree leads.

**What do you dislike about LeadMailbox?**

It is very basic and could act as a more robust CRM if some more development was put in place. Outgoing emails are simple and do not allow for easy customization.

**What problems is LeadMailbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadMailbox allows us to acquire LendingTree leads
