How much does Leadfeeder cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Leadfeeder pricing in 2026 starts at €79.00 and can reach €599.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Leadfeeder's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Leadfeeder pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviews, Leadfeeder's pricing is best suited for mid-market B2B companies in industries like computer software, information technology, and marketing that have consistent website traffic and dedicated sales teams. G2 reviewers from these segments most frequently report strong ROI through CRM integrations, lead scoring, and intent-based outreach. The Website Visitor Identification tier suits growing teams needing unlimited visitor data and automation. The Platform tier appeals to enterprise sales and marketing teams requiring prospecting databases and AI enrichment. G2 users from small businesses and startups frequently flag Leadfeeder's pricing as a barrier, recommending it primarily once web traffic volumes are high enough to justify the monthly investment.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Leadfeeder?

Leadfeeder's free Lite tier reveals up to 100 companies per month, provides only 7 days of visit history, and limits contact data to 20 contacts, making it quite restricted for active sales use. G2 reviewers frequently note the free version is too limited to generate meaningful ROI on its own. Leadfeeder's paid Website Visitor Identification plan, starting at €99 per month, unlocks unlimited company reveals, full visitor history, lead scoring, CRM integrations, Slack alerts, and B2B ad campaign capabilities. The Platform tier at €399 per month adds access to a global database of 60 million companies, advanced prospecting filters, AI enrichment, and embedded CRM profiles for deeper account intelligence.

Is Leadfeeder considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers overwhelmingly rate Leadfeeder highly at 4.5 out of 5, yet pricing concerns are among the most frequently cited cons across all company sizes. G2 reviews of Leadfeeder consistently describe it as expensive, particularly for small businesses and startups. However, many of those same reviewers acknowledge the ROI justifies the cost when website traffic is sufficient and the tool is actively used for outbound sales. G2 users in mid-market and enterprise segments tend to view Leadfeeder's pricing as reasonable given the depth of visitor insights, CRM integrations, and lead prioritization features. The consensus is that Leadfeeder delivers strong value for B2B teams with meaningful web traffic, but can feel cost-prohibitive for lower-volume or early-stage businesses.

"Solid API and Clean Visit Metadata That Deliver Real ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

The API is solid, we pull data into our warehouse and build our own scoring on top of it. The visit metadata (source, campaign, keyword) is clean and reliable. We also found out the landing page URLs keep the full query string, which let us extract Google Click IDs and feed conversions back to our ads, that alone paid for the subscription. UI is simple, does the job. Setup took about an hour. Support was responsive when we had API questions. Company identification has improved over the past year, decent coverage for our traffic size. Good ROI if you actually use the data instead of just browsing the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

The industry tags on companies are hit or miss, we ended up ignoring them and classifying companies ourselves. The "is in Salesforce" flag wasn't reliable either so we had to match against SF on our own. API pagination works but feels dated. And the ICP scoring they offer is basically empty, we never got useful results from it so we built our own. Would be nice if they exposed more fields through the API, some stuff you see in the UI doesn't come through. Not dealbreakers but you end up building workarounds. Hi Steve,

thanks for the detailed review, especially the note on using landing page query strings to pull Google Click IDs back into your ad optimization, that's a great example of getting real ROI out of the data instead of just browsing the dashboard.

Glad the API and visit metadata have held up well enough to build your own scoring on top of them.

On industry tags, the Salesforce flag, and ICP scoring, those are fair misses and we've passed the specifics along to our product team, including the request for more fields exposed through the API. Appreciate you pushing the product hard enough to find the edges.

"Customer since 2020, but no longer, avoid."

What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

The platform integrated with HUbspot and allowed for multiple domains to be tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

Extremely deceptive billing practices. They provide no heads up about your renewal (I was paying yearly). So once the charge comes through and you wish to cancel, they immediately share their policy that says you must cancel 30 days before renewal... but they don't ever give you a heads up that the renewal is coming. Hi there,

Thank you for being with us since 2020, and for mentioning the HubSpot integration and multi-domain tracking as highlights. We're glad those parts worked well for your team.

We're sorry your renewal experience left you feeling this way, and we'd like to look into your account and see what we can do. Could you reach out to us at support@leadfeeder.com and mention this review? We'll make sure the right team picks it up.
