**What do you like best about LaunchList?**

LaunchList is a great product if you are trying to build a list of users prior to launching your product. Here are some of the main pros:

- You can have it match your website's style
- Has gamification features (confetti at first sign-up, leaderboards, prizes, etc.)
- Has good anti-spam features
- Awesome responsive customer service

**What do you dislike about LaunchList?**

I guess the only thing that could have been better is better list management. I wish you could import lists and when you remove someone, automatically update the leaderboard, etc...

**What problems is LaunchList solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They make it easy to create a gamified waitlist. This has saved hundreds of dev hours and lots of money.
