"Clunky Zendesk App: Heavy UI, Errors, and No Manual Language Override, no multi-chat support"
2/5
What do you like best about Language IO?

Zendesk app: UI/UX needs to be improved, it's so clunky and disruptive. There must be an easy way to change the detected language manually. Language i/o wins in translation quality against Zendesk (Gemini model) for some languages (German, Dutch, Polish). Support is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Language IO?

Zendesk app - Interface is bad. User experience is bad. The inline app opens an external popup that shouldn't be needed. The parallel app throws constant error messages. There is no easy way to manually change the language detected. Translation stops when multiple chat tickets are open at the same time. Our agents stopped using it because it was too clunky. I'd suggest taking the Swifteq app for Zendesk as a reference for future improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Flexibility In and Beyond Salesforce"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Language IO?

The flexibility of the tool from both within the Salesforce platform and off. Allowing us to extend the use case to other areas of the business seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Language IO?

At this moment in time the file translation can be stepped up in terms of its capability. It's great to get a view of the translation in situ but would be great to get a text extract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Probably the best Live Translation service"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Language IO?

Language IO pulls in the very best from a range of live translation services, and the key value unlock for us has been through live chat translations in Salesforce in real time. This is delivering real business value through enabling a single language service centre which can service languages and territories around Europe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Language IO?

There's not much I don't like really! It'd be great if we had better access to be able to update the glossary ourselves, but other than that, it has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Custom Glossaries That Nail Our Terminology—Backed by a Wonderful Language IO Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Language IO?

The ability to upload our own glossaries. We have specific terminology that we need to ensure is translated properly. Working with the Language IO team to has been wonderful and the glossary terms are working well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Language IO?

Testing in our sandbox environment has been difficult because Language IO uses the IP address to identify the user and the agent, and since both are in testing environments, it struggles to correctly identify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick Onboarding, Great Translations for Salesforce Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Language IO?

It could be natively integrated into Salesforce, leveraging the Salesforce UI/UX. The onboarding process is really quick and easy. The quality of the translations is great, and overall it offers a good pricing-to-ROI ratio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Language IO?

During the initial implementation, we had a few questions around security topics, but the Language IO team put in the effort to address them. They now have a full set of security and compliance documents available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, High-Quality Translations Delivered Ahead of Schedule"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Language IO?

They were very flexible with file delivery, providing translations for our Zendesk content as well as Markdown files that fit our proprietary processes, and they delivered everything ahead of schedule. I was impressed by the quality of the work, especially given how quickly it was turned around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Language IO?

The pricing wasn’t as clear as we would have liked. In the end, the way the pricing and billing were structured led us to overshoot our budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesforce Service Cloud Service Owner"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Language IO?

The article translation UI in Salesforce is simple and easy to use.

The email translation component is clear, with high-quality and instant translations.

The chat translation quality is also excellent across most of the languages we support. So far, we haven't received any complaints from customers saying they didn’t understand our support agents. Although our agents only speak English, we still serve customers who speak other languages, such as those in Nordic countries. Thanks to Language I/O, this has been seamless.

Additionally, Language I/O's support service is very responsive, and they resolve issues promptly and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Language IO?

Occasionally, the Article Translation app disconnects, requiring us to reauthenticate.

Additionally, their IP address has changed a couple of times without prior notification. This caused the Article Translation app to stop working until we troubleshot the issue ourselves and discovered the IP change, allowing us to update our whitelist and restore functionality.

In the future, it would be helpful to receive advance notification of any IP changes or other modifications that could impact the Article Translation app. This way, we can adjust our settings proactively to ensure uninterrupted service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI is intuitive and integrates into our platform well - and plugin we use works flawlessly

The account management is excellent, with a proactive and helpful team.

I'm impressed that we've never had a challenge back on the quality of the translation itself.

The pricing is competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Language I/O Provides OUR Language Translation Needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Language IO?

Language I/O is easy to use. We use it for chat translation, and our chats are translated automatically. Our representatives don’t need to adjust settings or select languages for translation. We can also add additional languages and unique terms as needed. In the future, we plan to use more features, such as email translation. Matthew has been great about staying in contact with us throughout the process and making sure our questions are addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Language IO?

Billing was a little challenging at first as we had to become familiar with their credit terminology and rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
