that he connects to the tools i use to gather context and has the sourcing engine built-in so i can find candidates, add them to my ats and do the outreach and scheduling from one place.

**What do you dislike about Laidback AI recruiter?**

the app is early in its development, but they are working on the brain also, would be helpful if he had infinite context

**What problems is Laidback AI recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

sourcing candidates and basically calibration to get the best results and hire faster and better without agency fees.
