**What do you like best about Kwok Information Server?**

Essy to use and is cheap compared to other ticketing systems

**What do you dislike about Kwok Information Server?**

It is very basic, there is no way to enforce a workflow and no way to see the audit logs within the system

**What problems is Kwok Information Server solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticketing, software and hardware tracking
