**What do you like best about Kreedl?**

It's totally seamless for customers. They don't have to download any new app for one purpose only or create an account on some website. They use the natural phone number, and Kreedl automatically assigns the customer to the unit.

**What do you dislike about Kreedl?**

They did a great job with the onboarding of a property manager, but sometimes there could be longer descriptions of why something was needed.

**What problems is Kreedl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's 24/7 concierge service for our customers, so Kreedl can instantly answer basic questions. If not, it escalates it and asks the relevant person to finish the job.
