**What do you like best about Rentana?**

Rentana has enabled our team to leverage revenue management in a way that fits seamlessly within our business model. As a multifamily developer that is constantly delivering new supply and selling assets across our portfolio, having immediate access to reliable data is critical. Rentana has made this process seamless, allowing us to make informed, data driven decisions from day one of lease up rather than falling behind the eight ball. The integration time was the shortest I have seen in the market, allowing us to get up and running quickly without disruption.

The platform itself is intuitive and easy to use, not only for revenue management professionals but also for onsite teams who may have limited hands on experience with revenue management tools. What truly sets Rentana apart is the customer service and the team behind the platform. They are kind, knowledgeable, and highly responsive, a combination that drives real results. The team is consistently focused on improving the platform and works closely with us to ensure it captures and highlights the metrics and insights that matter most to our organization. It has been a pleasure working with the Rentana team, and I am excited to see how the platform continues to evolve.

**What do you dislike about Rentana?**

The dashboards I wish were easier to display and digest. Enhancements to improve the visulization of the data and have the charts be more interactive and dynamic would be beneficial. The comp data I see differs from other sources such as HelloData and ApartmentsIQ so I have to check multiple sources.

**What problems is Rentana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration time was a major challenge we faced with other platforms. Extended delays in getting data live made it difficult to operate effectively, especially during critical periods. Being able to launch with a revenue management tool on day one has been a game changer for our team, particularly in markets with heavy lease up activity. It allows us to be proactive rather than reactive and gives us a meaningful competitive advantage.

Operating with a lean team, Rentana enables us to make well informed, data driven decisions faster and with greater accuracy than we experienced previously. One of Rentana’s strongest advantages is the transparency behind pricing recommendations. You are evaluating logic and reasoning behind a price change, not reacting to a black box or unexplained number shift.

**What do you like best about Rentana?**

What I like most about Rentana is how it combines real-time market data with property-specific performance to deliver clear, actionable pricing recommendations. The platform feels intuitive and makes it easy to get a quick read on where we stand with occupancy, leasing velocity, and rate positioning. I also value the flexibility of the system, it lets us align pricing with our strategy instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. The transparency behind the recommendations, along with the ability to fine-tune them based on asset goals, supports both revenue growth and day-to-day operational confidence.

**What do you dislike about Rentana?**

One challenge with Rentana is that some pricing recommendations can feel overly sensitive to short-term leasing fluctuations, which occasionally requires additional manual oversight.

Rentana is solving the challenge of setting optimal pricing in a constantly changing market by automating data analysis across supply, demand, and property performance. **What do you like best about Rentana?**

Rather than spending hours updating spreadsheets to analyze our property data, we can quickly review pricing and renewal recommendations that adjust in real time to market and portfolio shifts. That helps us price accurately, minimize vacancy, and grow asset value. Rentana’s insights provide clear, data-backed context, so when we make a pricing move, we understand the rationale and can act immediately. The dashboards are intuitive, the recommendations feel logical, and the system continues to adapt well even in volatile market environments.

Equally important, the Rentana team is highly responsive and collaborative. They operate more like a strategic partner than a software vendor, proactively helping us fine-tune settings, interpret results, and think through portfolio-wide revenue optimization. The ease of integration was quick and stream-lined between Rentana and our management partners.

**What do you dislike about Rentana?**

Rentana has made it significantly easier for us to manage our portfolio. At the same time, the tool’s sophistication means you need a detailed understanding of your assets to ensure pricing is set properly.

The best part of Rentana is its flexibility in making data accessible and understandable across the organization. I cannot say there is anything I really dislike about the platform.

Rentana solves the problem of opaque revenue management tools. It provides a transparent, flexible platform that eliminates the “black box” and gives teams across the organization access to data they can actually understand and act on. Best of all, it only takes 1–2 weeks to get started, without any arduous or drawn-out implementation process.

**What do you like best about Rentana?**

We implemented Rentana after a rigorous 90-day pilot against another top revenue management platform, and the results were undeniable: $4.6M in added property value and a 3.5% increase in net rental income — all within three months.

What really impressed us was how fast and seamless everything was. Onboarding took just 1–2 days, and support response times averaged under 5 minutes. The platform is clean, modern, and incredibly easy for our teams to use. 

The Rentana team not only listens to feedback, they action it. They shipped 125 custom features during our pilot process to meet our needs. They didn’t just hand us a product, they worked with us side-by-side to make sure it worked for our business.

The interphase is a little slow, specially when trying to make rent changes.

Previous system I used needed me to save reports every day. Rentana does that for me so it saves me time.

**What do you like best about Rentana?**

This is a very thoughtful, well-designed, user-friendly platform that uses AI and PMS integration to make thoughtful pricing recommendations for new leases and renewals. Beyond the pricing proposal, Rentana helps explain the "why" behind the numbers and allows you to make quick and informed decisions to support your capital strategy.

**What do you dislike about Rentana?**

I have not experienced anything about this product which I did not like. They are VERY customer service focused and stand ready to roll-out changes and improvements to their platform, placing a heavy emphasis on customer feedback.

**What problems is Rentana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a smaller owner-operator and cannot justify a full-time revenue manager. This program allows me as the CEO to oversee pricing strategy and implement changes to our market rents and renewal rates while spending the majority of my time supporting the rest of the portfolio's needs. We have seen an increase in new lease rents, resident retention, and lease growth on in-place residents.

**What do you like best about Rentana?**

After spending almost 10 years utilizing Yieldstar/AIRM across various roles and companies, I was asked to build a new revenue management department at 29th Street Capital. After vetting all products in this space, we decided to pilot two vendors and Rentana clearly stood out amongst the pack. Ease of implementation was unparalleled and most new sites can be up and running within 24-48 hours (compare this to a minimum of 3-4 weeks at other competitors). The features and data accessibility also gave Rentana a competitive advantage - where other vendors ask you to pay for additional features to see your own data, Rentana partnered with us to build out as many ways possible to see/view/access data to make informed decisions. Lastly, customer support with this team has felt like a true partnership vs. just a transaction based business. The team is always available for questions, troubleshooting and quickly resolves any tickets we submit.

**What do you dislike about Rentana?**

The Rentana team has been a great partner in continuously enhancing the platform’s features and reporting capabilities. While there’s always room for growth, we appreciate their openness to feedback and their collaborative approach to implementing the functionality we need.

Rentana has made daily pricing a breeze for several stakeholders across our organization - from asset management to onsite property management personnel.

- Functionality is very, very good. Does all the basics and more
- support is awesome. fast, efficient and they take the time to understand MY business
- Has enabled us to be much more precise with our pricing, much more nimble to market changes and has greatly helped us monitor and tweak many variables which were previously ignorant about.
- the service is VERY fully featured and includes great insights and graphs at every step to help you understand what is happening on the property

- it does require some time to understand the settings and how best to tweak them in order to obtain the desired results.

**What do you like best about Rentana?**

Revenue intelligence has the ability to execute changes quickly over a vast portfolio and update pricing to best meet the market that day. I especially like Rentana's revenue AI as it also explains the reasoning for the change making it user friendly. Onboarding was very smooth and the team was there throughout the who process to ensure a clean transition.

**What do you dislike about Rentana?**

I do not have much on this other than not being able to understand any political agendas happening that can affect the rental market.

**What problems is Rentana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is capable of raising NOI and pricing to stay current with the market. It also adjust based on what we have ready and not ready to better rice a unit that does not move.
