## About Kosmo
Kosmo makes it easy for local businesses to manage all their local delivery operations. Our product allows teams to create optimized delivery routes, track drivers and reduce the delivery costs by up to 20%. Drivers can use their app to receive their tasks' instructions, capture proof of delivery and share delivery updates to all the stakeholders. Kosmo's product includes easy-to-use driver app, a dispatching platform and integrations to local courier fleets to ensure businesses are never short of riders. Users can choose to import orders to Kosmo directly from their preferred e-commerce platform, via an excel file or by integrating to Kosmo's API. Kosmo is based in Singapore, but operates in multiple countries.

route optimization and driver dispatching for the fleet management of our clients with shopify stores

**What do you dislike about Kosmo?**

Maybe a little bit tricky to get the point at the beginning but Francesco guidance was really helpful

**What problems is Kosmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Route planning and driver dispatching with shopify integration in multiple stores. We could save costs and adjust the workload of the driver accordingly

**What do you like best about Kosmo?**

Our dropshipping businesses have been using Kosmo Delivery for the past 8 months to regularly deliver flowers in Singapore.

Every time we send out deliveries, we have to handle over 340 orders and coordinate multiple drivers. Planning the routes for these deliveries manually would be quite difficult. Fortunately, with Kosmo, we can swiftly generate efficient routes, saving us valuable time.

**What do you dislike about Kosmo?**

We had no problems yet. Kosmo has been an excellent fit for our company.

**What problems is Kosmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Kosmo, our businesses are spending less money on fuel and wasting less time delivering packages thanks to their software.
