As a software developer, what I appreciate most about Kore.ai is its comprehensive conversational AI platform that simplifies the entire bot building lifecycle. I particularly value the ability to design, train, deploy, and analyze virtual assistants all within a single environment. The flexibility it offers to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and combine their strengths with the platform's proprietary NLU (Natural Language Understanding) models is a huge advantage. This allows me to quickly create robust, scalable, and contextual conversational experiences, significantly reducing development complexity and accelerating time-to-market. I appreciate that the Kore.AI platform became much easier to use after an initial learning curve. I started building creative AI agents and successfully delivered numerous demos to our customers. I find the support from the team, including support staff and sales personnel, to be very helpful, which greatly assisted in overcoming challenges. Additionally, receiving on-site training from the Kore.AI team significantly contributed to this positive experience. I find the platform's capability to streamline the process of creating end-to-end AI agents quite advantageous, as it assists us from start to finish in building these agents.
