**What do you like best about Koolay?**

As a newly established organization, we were able to launch our website remarkably quickly thanks to Koolay. The availability of pre-designed themes significantly simplified our work. Moreover, the AI features for content creation are incredibly user-friendly and effective. The donation module is particularly helpful, enabling us to collect contributions from members both as part of their membership and independently, with the option to schedule donations. Features like the event calendar and content history are invaluable time-savers. I wholeheartedly recommend Koolay to anyone in need of efficient website management tools.

**What do you dislike about Koolay?**

We couldn’t find anything to dislike about Koolay. It’s truly one of the best content management tools available for non-profit organizations.

**What do you like best about Koolay?**

IWW.World quickly developed a project on our multilingual platform. Additionally, we continue to collaborate on our new knowledge portal, IWW.Portal, where several advanced AI features are being utilized. We are extremely satisfied with both the platform and the services provided by the company.

**What do you dislike about Koolay?**

We expect the international helpdesk team to provide support in the German language as well.
