I used this this for more than 2 years. I find it very helpful in retrieving data and using it in decision making. I can develop my own reports for daily, monthly and yearly analysis. It is like having a central nervous system for my manufacturing business, coordinating everything and automating it. **What do you dislike about Konnect ERP?** Sometimes, the analytical reports can malfunction, which makes me wonder. It is annoying when I require those insights to make crucial decisions. There is a fair amount of setup and decisions that need to be made before you fully understand the impact of those decisions. The inconsistent data flow across departments also add to the chaos rather than solving problems. **What problems is Konnect ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Konnect ERP allows me to see the whole picture of my operations by solving the messy problem of siloed data. Such transparency allows me to detect bottlenecks, improve processes, and make informed decisions based on the data. MY system has worked well for a long time, and modern improvements layered on top have helped with their software. The aging architecture has not kept pace with modern technology. ### 2.
