I'm not some wizard at coding, but you'd swear I am by the way our newsletters appear. They've made our process of creating our weekly newsletter immensely easier, and customer support is the cherry on top. They're both responsive and helpful. I use this tool nearly every day. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** It's not a dealbreaker, but it happens at least once a week: Seeing the error "Houston, we have a problem" and having to wait to be able to save your progress is my biggest gripe. If my biggest gripe is having to wait 10-15 seconds for it to fix itself though... that's not much to complain about :-) Other than that, I have no dislikes. This is a great product. **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Beefree solves the problem of creating numerous newsletters and creating it quicky. The ability to export the HTML makes it so quick and and easy to use. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** Wish the content layouts gave a bit more flexibility, such as toggling text to display in all caps, tracking, etc. Wish you could center content vertically in a row also. Settings change from time to time, such as saving and exiting (buttons switched, so we often hit the wrong one out of habit). **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our email marketing platform (proprietary in the real estate space) does not allow us to save rows or branding across the platform. This helps us save templates and easily drop in content/layouts used previously. Moving rows around, changing the layout, and having folders for different types of emails have been key -- and something that our sending platform can't offer. Our email marketing platform is now exclusively a sending platform. ### 3. Beefree can handle long-form digest and blog style emails. We love that there are a number of different ways to push to our sending platform. We find pushing images to Amazon greatly helps the loading speed of our emails. Lastly, we find the quality of support to be well above the likes of Mailchimp, Constant Contact and other platforms we've used in the past. So far, it's been outstanding. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** The interface can become slow and buggy -- thankfully, this happens only occasionally and seems to be related to general interweb issues. It's a small thing, but it would be so nice to have the ability to group our images into new folders. I do consulting work for users of an Enterprise-grade B2B SaaS, and I stopped using the native email builder cause it's garbage compared to Beefree. I love the UI, ease of setting up new emails, templates, and synced components. When I want to integrate emails for my clients, I just copy what I've made from Beefree into the other platform, and then let them rave about the gorgeous emails I made for them. I use Beefree every week. To be honest, it's probably one of the favorite parts of my job, lol. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** I don't like that their best organizational tools are behind the last paywall tier. I can survive without them for now, and I'll definitely be upgrading to it when my business reaches that size, it just sucks that I can't utilize that feature for now. I have used many other email builders and this is one of, if not the best, in the market. The templates are beautiful. Love the customizability. It's user-friendly and easy to use. Plus, the HTML option is extremely suitable for my company's use case. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** The only recommendations I would make are: 1. Add the option to rename an email from the folder. 2. The templates are beautiful but it can become difficult to recreate them because they're filled with images. Try to make the images background patterns as much as possible and detach the header image into different elements instead of it being one image. I also like that we can combine their rows, which need to HTML at all, with HTML if there's anything super custom we want to add. All in all, it's a fantastic tool to escale your email creation process, creating rows with your visual identity that you can then re-use over and over. To me, this tool is a powerhouse at a budget. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** For day to day users, you have to keep an eye on copying & pasting text as sometimes it inherits styling. Prior to using BeePro, we had a different tool, in fact, a tool that was superior in theory, but we had to upgrade based on our usage. We looked around and found BeePro. The best benefit is that we continue operating business as usual, the setup time was minimal, and our team managed to get onboarded pretty quickly. Everybody evaluated BeePro quite positively, and thought it was a positive change. This is a big win, as we're saving a lot per year, without missing out. Creating better emails. With display conditions we're creating more dynamic emails, and we're also finding it easier to focus on mobile first, as their builder facilitates that. No technical team needed. The end result is always exactly on point with what we're trying to accomplish. The ability to add our own fonts has been an unexpected pro to the builder too, as well as the hosting of the images, without worrying about broken linked images. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** One of our biggest problems is that Gmail often clips our nicer emails, because they are 'too long'. Knowing that we've reached the max size for Gmail during the design phase, rather than the building/testing phase, would be a huge help. Also, one of our main clients uses Constant Contact, which isn't a supported connector. It ends up being a lot of copying and pasting code right before sending out. Being able to add Constant Contact as a connector would be a huge help! Also, some clients are frustrated that they cannot edit the emails themselves, once a 'template' has been created by us. Within minutes you can create your own template that looks good and is mobile optimised. Or, you can even copy one of their best-in-class templates and go from there. I love using Beefree and have recommended it to others already. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** Not even really a dislike but you can't have folders within folders. **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mailchimp is great but very basic. If you have graphic design skills, the posibilities are literally endless **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** since the premise of this software is drag and drop, I dont like that I cant drop my own prexisting code into bee and edit from that. For me that is literally the only feature missing. **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** bee is solving the problem of needing to know, read and write HTML from memory. It's one of those trade-offs in building a truly no-code application. That said, we are working actively on an import tool that will allow you to take virtually any HTML document and turn it into a drag-and-drop asset that you can then edit with our builder.
