**What do you like best about KioWare Kiosk Management?**

It’s good software when it works and you don’t need the support team. However, it’s expensive, and the support is basically non-existent.

**What do you dislike about KioWare Kiosk Management?**

Support!! Worst support possible. I waited days and no support was provided. They also simply closed the ticket without replying. On top of that, once your license is attached to a device, you can’t change it unless you have a maintenance contract with them. So the license becomes unusable if you don’t have a maintenance contract.

**What problems is KioWare Kiosk Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use kiosk mode for our touchscreen displays.
