**What do you like best about Kiodesk?**

setting up kiosk desk is not as challenging as I had assumed at first, the instructions are much more easier to follow and works well with my windows icore laptop.

**What do you dislike about Kiodesk?**

I am yet to find any non responsive feature, there can be a slitght challenge with setting upon multiple devices but the dashboard is not clustered however its somewhat challenging to get the system going.

**What problems is Kiodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticketing solutions and management of tasks, to easily assign tasks to responsible individuals,so far asa new user i have noticed its packed with complicated code.
