"Customer Support Has Moved From Slow To Non-Existent"

What do you like best about Kindrid?

We chose Kindrid as a simple safe and affordable text-to-give solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kindrid?

Recent changes to their platform has rendered the application as unusable to long-time customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Kindrid:

Buyer beware! We had no problems with Kindrid during the first 3 1/2 years if of use. Then they made changes to their platform that would require us to use a new telephone number for text-to-give than the one we have used for the past 3 1/2 years. We have over $2,000 invested in print material that instructs people to use the current number. Their change renders all of our print material useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kindrid solving and how is that benefiting you?

For the first 3 1/2 years that we used it, it solved our need or text-to-give. Since this beginning of this month Kindrid's changes in their platform have rendered it worthless to us and left us scrambling to find a replacement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"New Updates are Not Too Great"

What do you like best about Kindrid?

I like the integration with CCB. It cuts the time I spend importing monthly gifts (when it works properly). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kindrid?

The new updates created a fiasco. It messed up our ChMS very badly. They did not properly prepare us for the transition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
