  ### 1. Customer Support Has Moved From Slow To Non-Existent

**What do you like best about Kindrid?**

We chose Kindrid as a simple safe and affordable text-to-give solution

**What do you dislike about Kindrid?**

Recent changes to their platform has rendered the application as unusable to long-time customers.

**Recommendations to others considering Kindrid:**

Buyer beware! We had no problems with Kindrid during the first 3 1/2 years if of use. Then they made changes to their platform that would require us to use a new telephone number for text-to-give than the one we have used for the past 3 1/2 years. We have over $2,000 invested in print material that instructs people to use the current number. Their change renders all of our print material useless.

**What problems is Kindrid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the first 3 1/2 years that we used it, it solved our need or text-to-give. Since this beginning of this month Kindrid's changes in their platform have rendered it worthless to us and left us scrambling to find a replacement.

**What do you like best about Kindrid?**

I like the integration with CCB. It cuts the time I spend importing monthly gifts (when it works properly).

**What do you dislike about Kindrid?**

The new updates created a fiasco. It messed up our ChMS very badly. They did not properly prepare us for the transition. 

**Recommendations to others considering Kindrid:**

Very Long integration period

Easier giving for users.
