**What do you like best about KIME?**

The platform is very thought trough. It's a finished product that's actually helpful. For me the most helpful feature has been the actions, which is essentially their take on how to actually improve your visibility, a bunch of other platforms just give you a rating, and without clear next steps that not super helpful.

**What do you dislike about KIME?**

I don't really have any dislikes. The platform is quite thought through, and the team is very receptitive to feedback

**What problems is KIME solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Kime we had no idea about what LLMs were saying regarding our brand, now we can actually see into this, and start to fix it. Before it felt like working in the blind
