What do you like best about Kiflo?

Kiflo PRM provides a great way to manage partnerships within a business. Their portal for partners is extremely user-friendly and provides an easy way for partners to submit leads to your company. They also have a simple way for a partner to submit leads through a unique single web page form, allowing the partner to register a lead without even having to log into the platform - which is awesome. Kiflo PRM also integrates with Zapier making it very easy to connect Kiflo with your companies existing CRM software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kiflo?

Kiflo PRM still lacks a very easy way to payout partners. While you can create a list of payouts that can be easily exported, there is no way to actually pay out partners through the Kiflo Portal. This would be a great feature for the platform to have in the future as it could be difficult to manage payouts as our partnerships grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kiflo solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Kiflo PRM, our business is able to track leads that come into our system from partners, and easily track which partners have contributed the most success to the business. Kiflo is a very lean portal with the essential functions we need to provide our channel partners with a portal. It is entirely self-explanatory, and our partners also find their way around immediately, and we receive consistently positive feedback from our partners. You notice that it's still a young product and that there are things that could be improved for the daily work with the portal. CRMs are not built for managing partnerships but they have similar purposes and many requirements that cross over. However, maintaining one CRM is hard enough. The product has the features that we were looking for unlike a lot of other similar software tools that we trialled.
