The dashboard helps the user to know what dealings are there. **What do you dislike about Omnyfy?** Not gonna complain about the Omnyfy interface, it is good, but some more improvement would be better. Some extra feature presence would be better for users. I can easily manage my different vendors via plugins and add-ons. Support is really good and they help like a business partner in every aspect. And, I do not need to create anything from scratch, just have to use their premade templates. **What do you dislike about Omnyfy?** They should add some modules or features related to sales forecasting along with the inventory manager based on specific businesses l; like mine. Little difficult to learn some features but once you get into this it's easy to work on. **What problems is Omnyfy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been using multiple marketplaces for my print on-demand business but haven't found anyone much interested in my success rather they just want to get their monthly upgrade checks. I need someone who doesn't just place or market my products but also works with me like a business partner. This falls short to use in terms of adding more plugins with necessary use cases that can be facilitated. **What problems is Omnyfy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem of managing and having a service marketplace is solved with this platform. It provides flexible pick-and-choose modules like Bidding, Home Delivery Service, RFQ with multiple tiers like Essential, Expand and Enterprise based on the need. It has smooth integration with Shopify too. Any time you need to launch any marketplace omnyfy can save you a lot of time and trouble. It follows secure by design and Defence in Depth principles so you need not worry about security and data privacy aspects. It complies with PCI DSS and all GPDRs. **What do you dislike about Omnyfy?** Haven't seen any obvious issues or missing features so far but probably customized marketplace for a few industry verticles can help. Also wish some machine learning and analytics aspects to solidify reporting capabilities **What problems is Omnyfy solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we wanted to start our marketplace, Omnyfy did help in evaluating Proof of concept and justifying ROI for new business.
