Call tracking is a process for businesses, marketers, call centers and agencies to easily & accurately measure how many phone calls are generated from unique advertising sources, campaigns & keywords.

For offline marketing, unique toll-free or local phone numbers can be included in media & advertisements to connect inbound phone calls with the corresponding marketing channel, campaign & media source.

For online & digital marketing, unique tracking phone numbers can be used to identify distinct advertising sources, campaigns & keywords - even when potential customers click-through to visit a website. 

Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) is used to intelligently insert unique phone numbers within website content based on the referring traffic or advertising source of the visitor.
