**What do you like best about Keyboard Maestro?**

Your able to create new commands and can easily switch or make new ones. Having the Duplicate button definitely saves time if you are doing the same command but with a different end result.

**What do you dislike about Keyboard Maestro?**

Sometimes can feel overwhelming. Scrolling to find the right key to use in your command can be confusing. Tedious at first but once you get the hang of it its not too bad.

**What problems is Keyboard Maestro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The efficiency with my job. I've seen an improvement in my business as I use this for business, not gaming or streaming. I can have it call text and email someone at the same time!
