Keste workers, in my experience, have excellent subject matter expertise and a very current skill set. Starting with the sales process, Keste brought in employees that were extremely informed, clever, and professional. They were deeply committed in the success of our project and our firm, and they truly became a part of it for quite some time. **What do you dislike about KesteArgano?** There isn't much not to appreciate about Keste, however we did experience some resource issues early on. Keste, on the other hand, was very open to our suggestions and corrected these concerns swiftly, with no real impact on our projects. But, overall, I can't think of any big unfavorable encounters we've had. **Recommendations to others considering KesteArgano:** If you are contemplating working with a third party in any of the ways that Keste works, do so since they are a quality team that will produce excellent outcomes. Openly discuss your vision and needs with Keste, and don't restrict them to what you deem a "need to know". As a result, Keste will become a useful partner to your firm. Our job was completed on time and on budget, and they went above and above what they promised, working until the very last minute to ensure we created the greatest foundation possible. Keste has a very professional approach and a superior skill set to assist you in achieving your objectives. **What problems is KesteArgano solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration of new systems is always a difficult endeavor; many difficulties that have been addressed or are presently being solved are connected to application and data integration. SOA services are one option that has been established to be the greatest fit for our specific requirements. They transitioned us from a heritage platform to the modern era, with displays that we've been developing and expanding on ever since. His creation enabled teams that had previously done nothing more than chat to see what others were doing and how we collaborated for the numerous triumphs our company and teams have enjoyed since deploying Keste. ### 2. As part of the on-going support, Keste provided a Support Team to implement incremental feature since going live in 2015. Keste has a long history of working in Q2C processes and thus have a wealth of knowledge and experience in this domain, which we leveraged to build successful business solutions to various Q2C problems. ### 3. We have also used them to perform support functions on business systems, and make recommendations on data and governance best practices. **What do you like best about KesteArgano?** We have been lucky to have involvement from the highest quality resources in our engagements with Keste. They have been easy to work throughout the process - from determining details of an SOW, to discovery, execution, and delivery of results. Sam Brown and Dheeraj Sharma in particular have been some of the best consulting partners in my experience. I always feel like we are their only customer in terms of responsiveness, turnaround, and bringing any needed resources to bear. They have deep relationships in the industry, which has helped accelerate solutions and decisions, and apply their wealth of best practices to our use cases. Special mention to our core project team - Shannon Crawford, Lia D'Agostino, and Abhinav Saini. They have been excellent collaborators and we have been lucky to have them working side-by-side with us. **What do you dislike about KesteArgano?** We have had a few resources moved off of our project, but replaced with same or better. No real impact to the effort. **What problems is KesteArgano solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our ultimate goal is to re-engineer and streamline our quote to cash process, resulting in accurate data. This is requiring a full re-implementation of salesforce and all associated business processes. It also includes implementing a true master data management model and right-sizing our highly complex business system ecosystem around its Salesforce touchpoints. We are just finishing design, but already see the benefits of an optimized quote to cash process. During our discovery and design, Keste was able to surface quite a number of business process limitations and areas for improvement. ### 4. They are good at taking a large project and make sure that it is successfully delivered. They are best at on-boarding skilled resources and delivering the projects on-time. **What do you dislike about KesteArgano?** I believe there is an opportunity to improve in the testing / validations of the features being developed. Code quality is another area where I think Keste has an opportunity to improve. **Recommendations to others considering KesteArgano:** Keste is a great partner to consider adding to your organization to develop and maintain Salesforce community cloud solutions for both short-term or long-term needs. **What problems is KesteArgano solving and how is that benefiting you?** The communities that we were able to release were in our plans for a number of years. We were able to achieve success after engaging with Keste. This added high-value assets to our portfolio and added the much needed next generation products to our offerings. ### 5. They are a quality team and you will get great results. Our project was completed at-budget and they did more than they promised to deliver working up to the very last hour to ensure we had laid the best foundation possible. **What problems is KesteArgano solving and how is that benefiting you?** They laid the foundation on which we have taken Salesforce within and throughout our organization. Still in our admin side, I see their names appear in the objects, workflows, screens and reports they customized for us. They took us from a legacy platform into the new age, with screens that we've been growing and building upon ever since. Their foundation allowed teams that hadn't much more than talked to see what one another does and how we collaborate to the many wins our organization and our teams have had since Keste's implementation. The more information you can provide, the better they can assess the situation and get you the help that you need. **What problems is KesteArgano solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are making our Salesforce instance easier to use and maintain - from a user AND administration perspective. From requirements gathering to design and back-end processes the team was a vital extension of our Product Development and IT teams. **What do you like best about KesteArgano?** Having the team onsite was most helpful. From conception to post launch we had tremendous support throughout the project. **What do you dislike about KesteArgano?** At times the design concepts were perhaps too constrained. To be fair, we didn't want to create an overly-customized version of the community, but after some initial usability testing we had no choice. The team worked well with a third party partner to ensure the custom designs we implemented would follow best practices. Like any third party, it takes time to ramp the team up to learn the business, and ours is very complex. **What problems is KesteArgano solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a really outdated platform for brokers built on DNN. While we wanted to updated the design and usability, the most important aspect of the project was to provide a level of transparency to our customers so we could better service them and their clients. Their expertise helped us create a way to show our customers we combine our service with technology, far surpassing our competitors. ### 9. Keste resources also have experience in Agile which our company is moving toward, so that experience is helping with our transition to the Agile framework/methodology to help clarify and guide us through the transition. **What do you like best about KesteArgano?** All members that Keste provided are knowledgeable on the Community product and were able to jump in and get up to speed quickly on the project. There is a keen attention to detail and great time management skills across all team members. The team has easily acclimated to the Vizient team and we have all learned together well as we are adopting to new agile practices within our company. Kate, the BA, is very professional and has taken lead with working with the business as well as is the point person with keeping status of the other Keste contractors at Vizient. She is amazing and is key to keeping everything run smoothly on the new groups onboarding to the Vizient Community. She sets up meetings with the business as needed and has helped develop the specific cadence that is now followed for the overall timeline to bring new groups onto the Community. She also works with the offshore developer to pass off work and communicate bugs and questions/clarifications from QA, etc. while keeping other tickets moving forward in a synchronized manner. **What do you dislike about KesteArgano?** N/a - everything has been very positive and even when we need to switch resources the experience has been easy **Recommendations to others considering KesteArgano:** Keste provides a high level of expertise and professionalism along with extensive Salesforce knowledge and acumen. The Keste employee we had working on the community project had bandwidth and had not worked with Conga before, but that did not stop her. She received a quick lesson and researched the tool and was able to deliver the desired work on schedule with little to no defects, AMAZING! The end-users and myself were very impressed and so grateful what what a great job she did. This Keste employee was a true team player and not limited on what she was willing to do. Her attitude and diligence to do the job to the satisfactory of our users was over and beyond the call of duty.
