Whenever we want to add something or improve a part of Kentro or process it’s always manageable and easy to fix. The real time features and historical data is all very useful. Building reports in kentro is a huge help and being able to export them. **What do you dislike about Kentro?** I can’t really think of anything that I like least about this software. It’s very practical and useful for all of our day to day needs. Nothing is a con and if there is a con it’s easy to be fixed. **What problems is Kentro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love kentro. Use it day to day almost all day and it does EVERYTHING necessary. It has helped us tremendously in variances with out inventory, traceability, and reconciliation. Compared to a tool like NetSuite, functionality is almost identical at a fraction of the cost. As a data scientist, Kentro allows me to streamline my reporting processes, by consolidating all of our cross-channel metrics in one place. It is easy to pull reports with dynamic filters, allowing users to splice and dice the data as needed. We are able to connect to all of our third-party tools, which allows for a full funnel view spanning inventory, fulfillment, marketing, finance, among many others, which has saved us countless hours of data consolidation and analysis. Additionally, the team at Kentro has been extremely responsive and effective in responding to any questions I have had. Many of my day-to-day work is now automated, so I spend less time doing manual entries and more time focused on what matters. It's super simple to use and has many customization options, so I get the reports I need and can build new ones or improve what we have already created. **What do you dislike about Kentro?** Thus far, whenever I've found something that can't be done, there's usually a way around it. For my line of work, there are always better and more efficient ways to do things, so I'm glad that the Kentro team offers solutions to all my requests. **What problems is Kentro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to spend most of my day doing manual entries to invoice customers; now, most of my work is automated. I review the exports to ensure accuracy, which is less time-consuming than entering them. It also means less mistakes which end up saving us $ and avoiding hefty fees on deductions from retailers. ### 7. It can be difficult to pull up a previous order. I think it's pretty straightforward to use and has all the capabilities I am looking for. **What problems is Kentro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems Kentro is solving are purchase order tracking, which includes the shipment process and customer database, as well as shipment reporting. On the contrary, if there is a feature i'd like to see added, I simply reach out to the Director of Technology and he implements it within a few days/weeks. ### 11.
