**What do you like best about Keep.i?**

Keep.i makes me rest with ease since I know my identity is safe and secure. There is no need for anxiety fearing that one day I may experience an unpleasant situation, such as accidental deletion of any document, email, or even malware invasion.

**What do you dislike about Keep.i?**

From time to time, I do find instances when I spent more time to recreate the user data. Such quibbles may need privacy, given that often it is an urgent matter.

**What problems is Keep.i solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Considering that Keep.i has all the features I need, it is a must have for my business. It offers convenience and advanced backup technologies that is so much easier than the manual backups while being reliable which saves me time to other tasks. As a consequence, I am satisfied that having a trustworthy backup strategy gave me peace of mind, and I could work with confidential content without hesitation and collaborate with colleagues without having fear of data loss.
