**What do you like best about Katak Support?**

It is open source.
Quick install using an installation script.
It is multilingual.
Email integration is out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Katak Support?**

It does not have a mobile app.
User interface can be improved when you compare it to its peer such as Freshdesk.

**Recommendations to others considering Katak Support:**

Its a good cloud based solution for helpdesk functions.

**What problems is Katak Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps customers to raise tickets using a self service portal and also via email integration.
Helpdesk core functions provided by the tool is  sufficient for small businesses.
