Customer service is above average. We were able to use the system to do exactly what it says it can do. **What do you dislike about Katabat?** It's someone costly and really hiring a bunch of new employees may be able to do just as good of a job. **What problems is Katabat solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was helping to streamline the process and make collecting the debt a more efficient process. ### 2. Provides consistent settlement offer software. Any internal fixes are immediately implemented. **What do you dislike about Katabat?** Support is limited for building queries outside of KB normal scope.
