How much does Kaspr cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Kaspr pricing in 2026 starts at $49.00 and can reach $99.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Kaspr's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Kaspr pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 reviewer demographics, Kaspr's pricing is best suited for small business sales professionals and individual SDRs who conduct moderate LinkedIn prospecting. The free plan appeals to solo users or those testing the tool, as confirmed by multiple G2 small business reviewers praising its cost-effectiveness. The Starter and Business tiers suit growing small-to-mid-market sales teams needing consistent outbound outreach with CRM integrations. G2 reviewers from industries like IT, staffing, financial services, and consulting appear most frequently, suggesting Kaspr's pricing aligns well with B2B sales roles in these sectors. High-volume enterprise teams may find the credit-based model limiting and costly at scale.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Kaspr?

Kaspr's free plan offers unlimited B2B email credits (with a referral condition), but limits users to just 5 phone credits, 5 direct email credits, and 10 export credits per month. G2 reviewers on the free tier frequently cite these phone and export credit caps as the primary driver for upgrading. Kaspr's paid plans starting at $49/month unlock significantly higher credit volumes, credit rollover, Sales Navigator compatibility, Zapier integration, and expanded lead lists. The Business tier at $79/month adds recruiter LinkedIn access, admin seats, unlimited workflows, and reporting. The Organization tier at $99/month further adds dedicated account management and premium API access.

Is Kaspr considered good value for its pricing?

Kaspr holds a 4.5/5 rating on G2, suggesting strong overall satisfaction despite widespread pricing concerns. G2 reviewers consistently describe Kaspr as expensive, particularly for high-volume prospecting and small businesses or individual users. However, many of those same reviewers acknowledge the value is justified by data accuracy, especially for phone numbers. G2 reviews of Kaspr frequently compare it favorably to competitors like Lusha and Apollo.io, with some noting Kaspr's larger database and lower price point than Lusha. The consensus among G2 users is that Kaspr delivers a premium return on investment for sales professionals who actively use it, but the credit system and monthly costs can feel prohibitive for occasional or solo users.

What do you like best about Kaspr?

I love how fast, reliable, and low-effort Kaspr makes B2B contact discovery. The Chrome extension for LinkedIn is great—it allows me to pull verified work emails and direct phone numbers in one click, eliminating hours of wasted research. The accuracy of the data is a major plus, as it clearly labels verified emails, reducing our bounce rate and increasing our reply rate. The initial setup was extremely straightforward, and the tool's efficiency has become essential for my sales prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaspr?

The biggest one for our team is that the free daily credits are pretty limited. If you’re doing high-volume outbound outreach, you’ll burn through them really quickly, and the paid plans can start to feel pricey if you need unlimited access for a whole team. It’s worth it for the data quality, but the credit system can be frustrating when you’re in the middle of building a large list. A few specific changes would help a lot: First, offer unlimited or high-volume credit tiers for sales teams that do consistent outbound work. Other tools in this space have flat-rate pricing without strict credit limits, and that’s much more predictable for budgeting and workflow. Second, combine email + phone retrievals into one single credit per contact instead of charging separately for each data point. Right now, getting a full profile can cost 2–3 credits per lead, which adds up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
