Being able to edit others' timesheets is very useful, and the interface is pretty straightforward. Also, being able to approve a whole batch of timesheets or vacation requests with just a couple of clicks saves me a lot of time. We recently had a lot of issues with identification (when MFA was implemented). We escalated it to our Customer Success representative, who investigated. It’s the only system I’m aware of that covers both resourcing and revenue functions to the level it does. Having these housed in one place is extremely beneficial to our organisation. A lot of things that initially seem like simple system issues often end up costing us, even when the underlying problem is with the system itself. Because of that, the model can sometimes feel unfair. I’d like more support to be included in what we already pay, without feeling like we’re being upsold whenever we need help. It should create more seamless visibility across scoping, tracking, budgets, and project progress. It is easy to use and training new members of staff is not time consuming. Insights reports provide valuable information and are easily customizable. Some of our clients don't join on the application so we add the custom email address as a CC. Throughout a project there can be hundreds of emails and it pastes all of them in the main feed with the full chain each time. This makes it near impossible to find older posts. It would be a great improvement to have the ability to add projects for better forecasting of our resources and hard costs. Also, more flexibility in retainer billing would be beneficial. The initial setup process was extremely challenging as RSM, who managed it, lacked knowledge of the tool. We ended up needing Kantata to come in and restart the process.
