I like how involved Kantata Professional Services Automation is. It's a very in-depth software that has a lot of functionality and things that we can use. There are a lot of possibilities beyond what we're currently using it for, and I think that's the best part about it. I also really appreciate the time sheet tracking feature. It's very granular and item-based, allowing us to get into the details with notes. We can track exactly what we worked on and how much time down to the minute, which makes it very easy to track our time.
